Full-Time Piano Faculty
The Centre for Musical Minds in Frisco, Texas is seeking two exceptional teachers to join our faculty in 2026. One position will be full-time at approximately 25 hours per week, and the other will be part-time at approximately 10-15 hours per week.
At CMM, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking music school where popular and classical training are held to equally high standards, and where students grow through meaningful, performance-based experiences throughout the year.
We are more than a music school. We are a community built on relationships, personal growth, and the connection between music and everyday life.
Teaching hours are primarily after school and weekends. Additional opportunities are available during the day working with adults and homeschool students.

What You’ll Do
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both students and families
- Adapt and refine weekly lessons to meet student needs
- Prepare students to perform confidently across styles and settings
- Participate in three all-school performances annually

- Consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy
- Maintaining clear, updated assignment notes for all students
- Taking initiative in areas of interest and contribution
- Selecting repertoire that is both strategic and inspiring
- Ensuring students are well-prepared for every performance
- Attending and supporting student performances
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
(Performance, Education, Therapy, or related fields welcome) - Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- MTNA or RCM Certification (completed or in progress)
