Overall, Colby and I are so happy and pleased that we've found CMM! Our kids couldn't be happier and learning more. I think it's really fantastic how many different events you have going on throughout the year. The keyboard jam is so incredibly cool and I absolutely love the Christmas recital at the senior home. CMM is really changing both Olivia and Cameron's minds about playing instruments in general. It's not this thing that they HAVE to do anymore, they really WANT to do it and are showing so much enthusiasm and pride along the way. I am so proud of them too, by the way!

The Centre for Musical Minds also has Musikgarten Classes for Toddlers. Miss Kristen told me all about it...and I've got to get my two year old enrolled. There is a ton of research that has gone into the development of this program. And, I know that all toddlers love to sing songs, do finger play and play musical instruments! The girls loved piano camp! They talked each day about what they did and how much fun they had. They told us different songs they heard on the piano...(How to Save a Life, Apoloize, Puff the Magic Dragon, Imagine, classical pieces and jazz.) We were very pleased with the result.

Centre for Musical Minds has been a wonderful experience. The skilled, accomplished teachers have a real passion and gift for working with children. They are always accessible to parents and students for questions.
We have taken lessons from someone in her home, as well as from larger music facilities and for us, Centre for Musical Minds has provided a nice combination of personal service as well as the advantage of being around others with similar interest.

I just wanted to email to say how much the kids are enjoying their music lessons this term! Laura and Ray are great - Nia has been singing Hannah Montana non-stop and Oliver is really enjoying his one on one time with Ray. Greta thank you also for taking the time to chat with them on Wednesday - I wish you could have heard their conversation in the car on the way home - it was very grown-up and they kept saying how nice everyone is.
They both are already looking forward to their lessons next week which makes it all a much nicer experience for me

Walking into and out of the doors to the Centre for Musical Minds, has become a pleasure of mine. In a supportive and goal oriented way the instructors will mold you into the musician that is in everyone! My mother has always said, " God's gift to us is our talents, and our gift to Him is what we do with our talents." Struggling to find my inner talent, CMM has helped me to discover my talent of playing the ivories. My favorite aspect of the CMM instructors, is their ability to adapt to the way a child learns. They are very much creative and able to adapt and improvise lessons to the needs of students and different situations. They also will tell you to count time and time again, and as much as kids hate to hear that it is very important in the long run! Finally each teacher is filled with PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE. Not everyone can sit down for the month of December listening to jingle bells a million times a day! My love of music has grown and grown since becoming a student at CMM and when I hear I have given someone chills because of the music I produce, my spirit is lifted. Without my team at CMM behind me hooping and hollering for me, I am sure my music would sound like a dying car!!
