Music comes alive in Piano lessons at The Centre for Musical Minds! Students learn how to read music, how to play by ear, improvise, harmonize, they play popular music, classical music, Christmas music and have access to the best music technology available to date including iPods, iPads, YouTube, GarageBand and pro quality keyboards. Our students certainly are kept interested, engaged and always wanting to come back!  Some of our students even take the National Certificate Examinations, play for adjudicated events and in the same month play on stage with a rock band.  Availability six days per week; noon to 8pm.

Fun and educational, classes are structured for the early beginner, and incorporate activities to keep little fingers moving!  Students are placed in small classes to learn their finger numbers, letter names on the staff, white keys on the piano and proper beginning piano technique.  The kids love coming each week for 45 minutes (35 minutes without parents, 10 with) and exploring the world of music at the piano. All classes are student and content focused so there are no headphones!

We are kid-tested and parent approved!  Our curriculum is designed to instill rhythm, distinguish sound and approach the piano with a sense of pride and exploration.
